Right I just need to get it out there now… This is the BEST Mia Sheridan book to date. Forget Archer, Calder, Leo. Hell, I never thought I’d hear myself say this, but forget Carson bloody Stinger. Grayson Hawthorn has got it going on. This book is magical, beautiful and so good that I was swept away to Napa… Yes, I could practically smell the grapes.
As with all Mia’s book, her writing skills and raw talent means that you instantly step into the world she is writing about. The story she has revolved around the Libran zodiac sign is atmospheric, romantic and it just left me breathless with anticipation as I turned the pages, unable to step away from the beautiful story I was reading.
She has created in Kira and Grayson, two characters that are so different yet very much the same. The pasts they share are sadly very similar, but the way they have moved on with their lives and the outlook they now have is very different. One is giving, open, positive and vivacious the other is dark moody, bitter and pessimistic. I felt their struggles and their hurt, but also the potential for them both if they allowed it. They were a pleasure to read about.
An amazing new book from the awesome Ms Sheridan, which will definitely remain close to my heart. If you love Mia’s books then you are going to be blown away. If however, you have never read any books from this fantastic author, Grayson’s Vow is a great introduction.
